Rest of hospital stay

While in hospital you will be seen by a physiotherapist who will instruct you on exercises, getting in and out of bed and the use of walking aids.

The physiotherapist will check you are doing your exercises correctly.

On succeeding days you will progress to walking greater distances with your walking aids and will be instructed on how to climb up and down the stairs properly.
